Fulfillment Policy

Refund policy

Customers may request a refund for any reason, at any time. Customers must submit a written request (electronic/email acceptable), providing the reason for the refund request. Each refund request is reviewed promptly (within 3 business days) and if it is found that CueTel has not met it’s commitments for service availability, performance, or response time as outlined in the agreement, a refund will be issued within 7 days. Shipping, delivery, and returns policy

Leased equipment is shipped or delivered to the customer at no cost. Leased equipment is owned by CueTel and must be returned no more than 30 days from the termination date. Upon termination, a return shipping label will be provided. The Customer is responsible for communicating the shipping requirements (box or boxes size and weight) within 7 business days of the termination date. For equipment sold separately and owned by the Customer (headsets, custom cables, adapters, etc.), shipping charges may apply. Equipment will be shipped standard ground unless otherwise specified. Any special shipping requirements must be agreed upon by the Customer and CueTel prior to shipment. CueTel is limited to the delivery schedule and inventory availability of the vendor, and shall not be held responsible for delays in shipping to the Customer. Upon delivery of separately sold equipment, the Customer agrees to open all shipments and visually inspect for physical damage. All damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery or a return will not be accepted. Returns will be accepted at CueTel’s discretion and are subject to manufacturer return policies. For returns to be approved, all  merchandise must be in an original box.

Cancellation policy

Customers are required to provide a written notice (electronic/email acceptable) at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date. The notice should include the Customer’s Name, Account Number or Main Telephone Number, and the effective date of the termination. Cancellations are processed and confirmed within 3 business days. The customer may be responsible for paying any outstanding fees or charges incurred up to the termination date. Failure to provide the required notice may result in additional charges or fees. Changes to fulfillment policy

We may update this fulfillment policy from time to time. We will notify our users of any changes by updating the fulfillment policy on our website.

Effective date

This fulfillment policy is effective as of December 31, 2024.
